Raintree in Freehold NJ is a large gated, guarded community, conveniently located in western monmouth county, just west of route 9, minutes from route 33, route 79 & 537. There are two entrances to enter Raintree Freehold – the main entrance, which is always guarded 24 hours 7 days per week. Visitors must have a photo ID ready. The Main entrance Is located off Wemrock Road, the gate on the right is for residents of Raintree and for those who have a remote. The left side gate is for visitors and guests. If you are on the “list”, they will call the homeowner and confirm you are expected and they will let you in. Again, be prepared to show a photo ID. This means no through traffic which as far as safety, is a great thing for current Raintree residents. The second entrance is through the gate alongside the Freehold Post office and Stop & Shop.

The pool is closed from September 6th until Memorial day weekend. Residents are free. Residents must bring a valid resident’s ID card with you. Guests pay $4 per person and $5 per person on weekends/Holidays Residents under minimum age MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at least 18 years of age.
It’s convenient to have a community pool rather than a private pool because it leaves the work of cleaning to someone else.
